James, 86, of McDonald, Robinson Twp., died Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. Clair Hospital.
He was born June 6, 1932, in McDonald, a son of the late James J. Augustine and Julia Edna Plance Augustine.
Mr. Augustine was a member of Irons Memorial Presbyterian Church and previously enjoyed working as a mechanic for Weirton Steel Company for 32 years. He was a member of the American Legion, McDonald VFW, Burgettstown Grange, Midway Senior Citizen Group, York Rite, and Chartiers A & FM Masonic Lodge #297. James was also a US Army Veteran, serving in the Korean War.
Surviving are his Daughters, Debra Miller of McDonald, and Sandra (Robert) Toulouse of McDonald, his grandchildren, Scott Miller, Mylinda (Jeffrey) Pingor, Brant (Mallory) Toulouse and Cole Toulouse, great grandchildren, Bryson, Kinsley, and Rylin Pingor, and sister Alice (Ron) Caltumo of McDonald.
James is preceded in death by his loving wife Rosalie Richard Augustine (2017) and his sister Shirley (Late Nick) Borovich.
Friends and family will be received Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 2-8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald (724-926-2800). A service will be held Monday, June 25, 2018 at Irons Memorial Church in McDonald at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
