My sincere sympathy to Sonja’s parents. I worked with her at JCPenney some years back. She always had a smile on her face and was a beautiful soul🙏🏻

I've had the honor of working with Sonya for nine years at PTC. She's been a great person to work with and a dear friend. We've laughed everyday together and sometimes cried together and kept the faith. I will miss her everyday moving forward. Sonya has been an inspiration to students, families and everyone she has come in contact with at PTC. She's exceeded her goals above & beyond in every way possible. I'm extremely thankful our paths have crossed. Thank-you sis! Keep smiling Sonya!!!! Jan Selip

I did not know your daughter well, but I did know she was one of the most caring and friendliest persons that I have met in my whole life. She was always so sweet to me and I will miss seeing her smiling face around our office very much. Your family will be in my prayers. Love, Candy Kirkwood

I only knew Sonya for a short while because I've just started working at PTC at the end of Oct. 2019, but I could immediately tell she was a special person. I'll never forget the memory I shared with her, which was us bonding over our love of the Walking Dead TV show and the Walking Dead calendar she had hanging in her cubicle. She was such a kind, friendly, and welcoming person. I am so sorry for your loss. She will be extremely missed.

Sonya was a positive meaningful part of our office team. She put others first, and her passion was assisting students in finding their passions. Her caring, encouraging personality caused her to put her heart into everything she did. This special woman made all of us feel special, and her contributions, both personal and professional, were cherished and will be remembered. Sonya's friendship to each one of us, never wavered. She will be missed tremendously. All of the people she has known and helped has created a wave of priceless impact in others' lives now, an into the future.---To live in the hearts of those who have loved you, is to live forever.
