Leslie Hines, 88, of McKeesport, passed away on April 23, 2020 in UPMC McKessport.

Leslie was born on April 22, 1932, the son of the late Robert Hines Sr. and Fannie (Bradley) Mitchell.
Mr. Hines was an U.S. Army Veteran and a retired steel worker for USS Steel. In life, he enjoyed watching football, college and pro, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was well known for his cooking, specifically his vinegar pie. He will be remembered for his kind heart, how he would take care of anyone in need, and always putting his mother first.
Surviving are his siblings; Robert Hines Jr., Emma Carter, Roosevelt Hines, Jessie Hines, and Kenneth Hines, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his siblings; Rodger Hines, Raymond Hines, Richard Hines and Mary Young.
