Dolores, of North Fayette Twp., passed peacefully surrounded by her family on May 18, 2020. She was born September 5, 1929, to the late Edward P. Williams, Sr. and Viola (Kulbacki) Williams in East Carnegie, PA.
A long-time homemaker, and accomplished textile and fine artist. Dolores was a prolific creator of beautiful artworks and sewn treasures. She was a long-time member of the South Hills Textile Arts Guild, and former St. Columbkille Parish CCD teacher.
Dolores was the beloved wife for 66 years of the late John T. O’Rourke; loving mother of her children, Terry O’Rourke Donoghue (and the late Timothy Donoghue), Leean Kaminski, Shawn (Maryann) O’Rourke, and Colin (Elizabeth) O’Rourke; grandmother of Jennifer (Andrew) Gorman and Kathryn (Matt) Hooper; Erin (Carl) Stuvek, Connor and Merritt Donoghue; Emily and John O’Rourke; and Gale O’Rourke. She was also the great grandmother of six.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the caregivers whose support and attention allowed Dolores to remain in the comfort of her own home over the course of the past several years, and especially her granddaughter, Merritt.
Arrangements coordinated by Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 305 Main Street Imperial, PA 15126 (724-695-2800). A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held with interment in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
