Barbara J. (Brower) Dawson, 91, of Coraopolis, Findlay Twp., formerly of Memphis, TN, passed away on March 5, 2021, at Canterbury Place, Pittsburgh.
Barbara was born on October 16, 1929, in Marietta, OH, a daughter of the late Fred W. and Lillian (Bennett) Brower.
Mrs. Dawson was the retired real estate broker and past Vice President of Cryle-Leike, in Memphis, TN. Barbara was also the Grand Krewe of Aani Queen. She loved sewing, reading, music, and dancing. Barbara was always moving, she loved to travel, U.S. and abroad, and she enjoyed every adventure that her life brought her. Her love for adventure and life itself were infectious.
Surviving are her children, Deborah (Joe) Lujan of California, Lisa (Robert) Kraft of Florida, and Kelly (Walter) Murphy of Pennsylvania, grandchildren; Clay (Andi Crawford) Andrus, Nakoma (Michael) Johnson, both of Memphis, Joshua Lujan of California, Natalie Kraft of Florida, David (Alicia) Murphy, Lane (Brittney) Murphy, and Seth Murphy, all of Pennsylvania, and several great grandchildren.
Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, William Carl Dawson, and her beloved daughter, Patricia Eanes, two brothers and one sister.
