Ray was born on November 10, 1966, in Sewickley Hospital, a son of Wilburn Ray (Mary) Hunter, of W.V. and Kathleen Thomas, of Allison Park, who both survive.
Ray was a worker, he loved to work on anything he could get his hands on. Recently he had been working at Happy Wheels Auto Body in McKees Rocks. He had a love for fixing things, whether it was cars or tractor trailers. Ray was always on the move, he loved fishing and hunting, and taking trips up to his camp with his brothers. As you can tell Ray was an active guy, he enjoyed his social membership with the American Legion in Tidioute, PA, where he was always able to catch up with an old friend.
Along with his parents, Ray is survived by his twin brother; Paul (Dana) Hunter, of Oakdale, and brother, Jay Hunter, of McKees Rocks, nephews; Jake (Aunalee), Luke and Kevin Hunter, step-sister, Monica Wynne, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, May 18, 2021, from 2-8 p.m. in Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc. and Crematory, 305 Main St., Imperial (724-695-2800). A service will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at 11 a.m.
